  • If you are missing an item please contact us with your order number and we will happily work with our couriers to resolve this for you.

  • We’ll include a returns label in your order, just post any unwanted items back to us, we’ll inspect them and refund the full price paid subject to our T&C’s.

    All items must be undamaged and with original tags still in place. You have 30 days to return any unwanted items.

    This does not effect your statutory rights.

  • If you are wanting to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour, please tick the box on the returns label indicating this.

    We’ll check the return and get the replacement product out to you within 7-10 working days.

    We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.

When can I expect the delivery of my order?

Please use the below chart as a guide to estimate the delivery time of your order. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK and processed Sunday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays. Please note, up to three delivery attempts are generally made until a package is returned as undeliverable.

Which delivery locations are supported for online orders?

It is possible to specify a different delivery address and have the parcel delivered to an address of your choice.

Orders may be shipped directly to your home or work address.

The invoice is sent to you at the email address provided.
